  • When will my order be shipped?
Most of our in-stock orders ship in 24 hours. And for back-ordered items, shipping timeframes are updated in real-time, please check the selections carefully when you place an order.
  • How long does it take to ship and can it be expedited?
Delivery time within the United States is 3-5 days. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary. In addition, the expedited service is temporarily unavailable.
  • Where will my items ship from?
We ship items from warehouses in the United States.
  • Which areas are covered by logistics?Which areas do you support for delivery?
Most of our items ship for free to anywhere in the lower 48 United States.
  • When will the out-of-stock items arrive?

  • Will my order be delivered in multiple parcels?
Multiple items under the same order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different warehouses.

2. Post-order Question
